    Hiring for the Role Recruiter, Source And scheduler Both IT And NON-IT

    DOCUMENTS MANDATORY 
    OFFER LETTER, PAYSLIP, RELVING LETTER (PF NUMBER OR FORM 16 MANDATORY)

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Recruiter

    The recruiter is the central figure in managing the full-cycle hiring process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.

    • Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews, assess fit, and guide candidates through the process.

    • Offer Management: Negotiate and extend offers, ensuring alignment with compensation and role expectations.

    • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

    • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure hiring practices follow legal and organizational standards.

     

    Sourcer

    The sourcer focuses on identifying and attracting top talent, often before a job is even posted.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Talent Mapping: Research industries, companies, and roles to identify potential candidates.

    • Outbound Outreach: Use platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards to proactively contact candidates.

    • Screening: Conduct initial assessments to determine candidate suitability.

    • Diversity Sourcing: Implement strategies to build diverse candidate pools.

    • Market Intelligence: Share insights on talent trends, competitor hiring, and candidate expectations.

     

    Scheduler (Recruiting Coordinator)

    The scheduler ensures a smooth and efficient interview process by managing logistics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews across time zones, teams, and formats (virtual/in-person).

    • Candidate Experience: Communicate clearly with candidates, providing details and updates.

    • Calendar Management: Work closely with interviewers to avoid conflicts and optimize schedules.

    • System Updates: Maintain accurate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

    • Feedback Collection: Ensure timely feedback from interviewers and relay it to recruiters.

      WORKING DAYS :5 DAY / 2 OFF 
      WORKING HOURS: GENERAL SHIFTS
