Job Description

You will be a valuable member of our team at WeAssemble as an Automation Tester with 3 years of experience. Your role will involve designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality will be key. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating automation test suites as per application changes, identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategies. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing. Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc., and solid knowledge of programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, etc., is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, etc., a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities are required. This position is based in Mumbai, and it involves working from the office. Candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.
