Job Description
- As a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer, you must possess a minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a full stack developer with a high level of confidence. Your professional background should include at least 3 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails and a strong proficiency in Ruby. It is essential that you have expertise in writing RSpec for testing purposes and have practical experience with Test Driven Development (TDD). Furthermore, you should have a solid foundation in JavaScript frameworks/libraries like Nuxt, Vue.js, plot.ly, or similar technologies for at least 3 years. Your design skills should extend to RESTful API approaches and authentication mechanisms. Proficiency with tools such as cypress.io and Jest framework is required. Experience in optimizing Postgres queries and implementing redis caching strategies is also necessary. Your expertise should encompass working with AWS and developing web applications on Linux operating systems. Additionally, you should have experience in writing unit, integration, and behavioral tests for software applications, along with conducting code reviews. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Development Team, working alongside Test, Operations, and product owners to ensure the successful implementation and integration of all tiers in software applications. You will be responsible for communicating technical parameters and constraints to relevant teams and contributing to the overall build process. As a senior member of the Development team, you will have the opportunity to mentor and coach other team members, as well as contribute to the design and architecture of projects.
