Join the CI/CD Toolchain Engineering team responsible for delivering a cutting-edge DevOps platform used across multiple agile programs. This role involves designing, operating, and continuously improving a modern CI/CD toolchain that accelerates the delivery of high-quality software in cloud and on-premise environments. The engineer will also provide 2nd/3rd level support and help enforce best practices in DevOps tool usage across the enterprise.
Engineer and maintain the CI/CD toolchain used across agile development teams
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for CI/CD tools and services
Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and agile programs to evolve and optimize DevOps workflows
Monitor emerging CI/CD trends and tools and drive improvements based on market best practices
Contribute to architecture design and tool evaluations
Ensure compliance with enterprise DevOps guidelines and standards
Participate in on-call support rotation when needed
Must have
CI/CD Tools : Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Octopus, Maven, Gradle, Nuget, SonarQube, Nexus, BitBucket
Scripting & Automation : Strong scripting skills for automation tasks
Infrastructure: Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and VM-based platforms
Cloud : Exposure to Azure
Programming Languages : Working knowledge of Java and C# (Spring Boot, .NET)
Support Experience : Familiarity with system engineering and 2nd/3rd level support
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus), proactive, team player
Nice to have
Experience supporting or building internal DevOps platforms
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
German language proficiency
Exposure to security and compliance practices in DevOps
