Position:Graphic Designer [Entry-Level]
Work Location: Vista Pixel, 8/2B and 8/2C, Jakkuru Layout, Jakkuru, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560092.
About the Opportunity
As a Graphic Designer at Kasmo, you will assist in designing visual materials for digital and print campaigns. You
will collaborate closely with the marketing and other practice teams in the organization to create high-quality designs
that align with the brand's vision and strategy. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to
kickstart their career in design.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and design marketing materials, including digital ads, social media posts (for platforms like LinkedIn,
Twitter, Instagram, etc.), brochures, email templates, and other graphic content.
Design and develop assets for website upgrades, ensuring that design elements are visually appealing and
aligned with the companys brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality print and digital marketing collateral, including
posters, banners, flyers, and advertisements.
Prepare files for print and digital media, ensuring design integrity, proper formatting, and adherence to
branding guidelines.
Support the creative team in brainstorming and conceptualizing design ideas, with a focus on innovative and
visually compelling solutions.
Maintain and organize design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for team use and are optimized for
different formats.
Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices, particularly in social media
design and digital marketing.
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree/ certification course in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
Proficiency in Adobe (illustrator & photoshop), Canva and Figma is an added advantage
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Familiarity with web design basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
A portfolio showcasing your design work (can include academic projects, internships, or personal work).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to accept feedback positively.
A passion for creativity and a strong desire to learn and grow in the design field.
