Location: Work from Office
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year more than in Home Health Coding
Certification Required: BCHH-C
Salary: Up to 50,000 per month based on Last CTC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and certified Home Health Coding Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in home health coding and hold the BCHH-C certification. This role involves reviewing clinical documentation and assigning accurate ICD-10-CM codes to diagnoses and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assign ICD-10-CM codes to diagnoses and procedures based on clinical documentation.
Review OASIS assessments and Plan of Care for completeness and compliance.
Collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation and coding queries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and reimbursement policies.
Ensure accurate and timely coding to support billing and data collection.
Participate in quality assurance and compliance audits.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in home health coding.
BCHH-C certification required.
Proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding and OASIS documentation.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
