Job Type: Full-time | Onsite / Hybrid
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge solutions in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning. You will lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, working on innovative projects across domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects in GenAI, NLP, and LLMs.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models and algorithms.
- Fine-tune and optimize foundation models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.) for real-world use cases.
- Guide research and experimentation in generative AI (text, image, or audio-based).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, DevOps).
- Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to business problems.
- Mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and compliance with ethical AI practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM), and transformer-based architectures.
- Proficient in NLP, deep learning, and machine learning pipelines.
- Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production.
- Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
