IT Quality & Test Engineer @ Luxoft

Create test cases/test automation approaches, test plans, test scripts (manual as well automation)

Write, execute and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF

Good to have JavaScript, Jasmine unit testing framework knowledge

Contribute to end-to-end software testing lifecycle

Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline setup using GITLAB

Comprehensive analysis of any errors found. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, release managers and developers to troubleshoot issues.

Expert in complete test and defect management lifecycle

Strong analytical and logical reasoning capability

Strong collaboration skills and handling conflicts/ team challenges with positive approach

Be a part of the dynamic QE team, work closely with the engineering team to cater to high priority and critical systems

Should have 4+ years of experience in functional and automation testing in ServiceNow.

Proven delivery of performing functional testing to assess for accuracy, suitability, interoperability, functionality, and accessibility.

Able to perform regression testing for project, product and PRV (Production Readiness Verification)

Proficient in testing various ITSM Modules. (Incident, Change, Problem, SRM etc.).

Experience in ServiceNow upgrade testing

Must have experience in ATF (Automation Test Framework) in ServiceNow. Preferred candidates with ATF certification.

Good understanding of REST/SOAP API's and API automation in ATF

Good to have JavaScript, Jasmine unit testing framework knowledge

Proficient in at least one test management, requirement management and defect management tools and processes like GitLab, ALM, Jira etc.

Preferred candidates with proven experience in CMDB, HAM,

Should have passion for driving new ideas and standards

Should be a team player who can collaborate well with developers, business analysts and other team members

Should be a strong communicator, someone who speaks up when a problem needs to be heard
