Job Title: Data Entry Operator Non-Voice Process
Location: Madurai
Experience: Freshers
Shift: Afternoon Shift 2 PM to 11 PM
Employement Type: Part-time (2 to 3 months)
Prefer Male Candidate Only since its a Late night shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our Non-Voice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and managing large volumes of data with high accuracy and speed. A minimum typing speed of 35-40 words per minute (WPM) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in the system or database.
- Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Meet daily/weekly data entry targets.
Required Skills:
- Typing speed of 3540 WPM with high accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and time management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
- Prior experience in data entry or back-office work is a plus
- Willingness to work in a non-voice, backend process.
