• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and the Telecommunications Domain.
• The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules to enhance customer experience, streamline IT processes, and support telecom-specific workflows.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions.
