Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support team effectiveness, talent planning, and capability building.
  • Lead the implementation and review of HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecyclefrom onboarding to exitincluding employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with HR processes.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to leadership on sensitive matters.
  • Drive performance management cycles: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, feedback facilitation, and developmental planning.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, span of control, and cost-to-hire; recommend data-driven actions.
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies and wellness initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to organizational design, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
  • Lead talent development programs, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs), succession planning, and coordination with L&D.
  • Analyze attrition trends and collaborate with business heads to implement effective retention strategies.
  • Partner with central HR teams to deliver cohesive support in areas such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, and L&D.
  • Promote awareness and adherence to HR policies through induction programs, periodic briefings, and employee communication.
  • Coordinate organizational transitions including restructuring, workforce changes, and communication strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation within HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Support HRs role in ISO compliance audits by ensuring documentation, processes, and policies meet relevant standards and are audit-ready.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment programs and develop short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage and coach a recruitment team to execute sourcing and hiring plans across levels.
  • Develop creative, proactive recruitment strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and ensure data integrity in ATS/HRIS.
  • Promote the companys brand as an employer of choice and uphold high ethical standards throughout recruitment processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across levels.
  • Sound understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance management processes and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in driving employee engagement, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR dashboards and metrics for decision-making.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with change management methodologies.
  • Proficient in HRIS tools such as Darwinbox, SAP, or Workday; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and experience supporting internal or external HR-related audits.
  • 10+ years of exp
