Business Analyst @ Web Synergies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner to define the projects detailed scope.
• Manage the creation, refinement, and maintenance of user stories, process flows, and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs.
• Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and work with teams to handle blockers.
• Facilitate meetings at multiple levels of the organisation and ensure that Agile principles are consistently applied throughout the development process.
• Coach junior resources in Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and effectiveness.

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings and work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
