Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meta Campaign: Lead generation as an objective of the campaign, with constant efforts to
• improve lead quality through creative, audience, and form iteration.
• Google Campaigns: Hands-on experience with SEM, YouTube Ads, Display Campaigns, and PMax
• campaigns.
• Analytics and Events: Complete understanding of analytics and event tracking, and how they are
• utilized for campaign optimizations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in campaign optimization focused on CAC reduction and increasing RoAS.
• Ability to plan business projections and align marketing strategies to achieve set RoAS and CAC
• targets.
• First-hand experience in operating lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, including SEM, YouTube Ads, and PMax campaigns.
• Expertise in iterating lead quality through creative assets, form structures, and audience targeting.
• Proficient in analytics and event tracking for campaign optimization.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce relatable content for high ROI ads.
• proficiency in Kannada (Read, Write & Speak)
