Provide technical leadership and direction for a significant portion of the AI Software Engineering organization aligning with HRE and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) strategies, Manage and mentor a team of Engineering Managers (EMs) or lead teams of AI Software Engineers, promoting a collaborative environment, Drive the technical strategy for major AI/ML initiatives within HRE, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of our systems, Collaborate with executive product leaders and HR stakeholders to define product roadmaps, influence direction, and translate business objectives into AI/ML solutions, Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML systems and infrastructure related to HR applications (e-g
