Job Description
Role:
Were looking for an experienced Trainer to drive the coaching, onboarding, and professional growth of our Language and Generative AI Specialists. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful training programs, conduct live sessions, create engaging learning materials, and oversee a team of Quality Assurance agents to ensure performance targets are achieved. Partnering closely with Training Quality Leads, you will identify skill gaps, refine training content, and prepare the team for successful project certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training modules, Q&A sessions, and resource materials.
- Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure timely completion of training milestones.
- Manage QA team performance, set KPIs, and conduct feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine guidelines and training strategies.
- Analyze learning needs, address skill gaps, and maintain training documentation.
Qualifications:
- Masters/Ph.D. in English preferred; Bachelors degree considered for exceptional candidates.
- Strong teaching, communication, and curriculum design skills.
- Experience with QA management, training delivery, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
