Job Description

Proficient in GCP AI offerings and Google Dialog flow CX/Virtual agents building.
Experience on Voice AI / Digital Channels/Agentic AI applications using Playbooks, tooling, connectors, and data sources.
Strong proficiency in Python/ Node JS for developing cloud function, building connection between the client face interface and GCP
Hands on the identification, design, and implementation of use cases for GCP DFCX Agents in contact centers to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Proficient in constructing intents, entities, and annotations in Dialog flow CX tool.
Familiar with Vertex AI, Datastore, Authentication, CI/CD Implementation, GIT.
