Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team in the ethnic wear industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging banners and promotional content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels. Proficiency in video editing (including AI-assisted editing tools) is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing banners, posters, and creatives for digital and print platforms.
• Edit promotional videos, reels, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content using both traditional and AI-powered editing tools.
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver creative content aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative materials for campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all designs and media.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
• Experience with AI video editing software (e.g., Runway, Descript, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
• Good understanding of colour theory, typography, and design principles.
• Experience in video editing for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity and passion for Indian ethnic fashion and trends.

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of photography and styling.
• Prior experience in the fashion/apparel/e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with social media marketing trends and platform requirements.
