Job Description
About the Role: As a Process Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and profitability of our projects. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, revising project documents, and ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft Project Plan to track and monitor project schedules, tasks, and resources effectively.
- Communicate regularly with project teams to gather project status updates and assess potential risks or issues.
- Review and revise project documents, including project plans, requirements documents, and progress reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations.
- Track project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery and identify any deviations from the planned schedule.
- Evaluate project profitability by analyzing project costs, resource utilization, and revenue generation.
- Prepare and present project audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and development, to support project delivery and ensure client satisfaction
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor s or Master s degree and certifications in Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management or project auditing roles, preferably in the software industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Plan or similar project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex project data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
