MS CRM Developer with Field Service @ Parangat Technologies

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specifically focusing on the Field Service module. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, with proven expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting Field Service solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customize Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, workflows, and business processes related to Field Service.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Field Service issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct user training and create documentation for Field Service functionalities.
• Assist with data migration and integration efforts related to Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
• Strong, demonstrable experience with the Dynamics 365 Field Service module is essential.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration (entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE integrations and data migration.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-240) are a plus.
