Job Description

Web Synergies is looking for a Functional Analyst / Tester to join our team. If you have 8-10 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, strong manual testing expertise, and a solid understanding of Oracle SQL queries, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Teams to understand business requirements and application functionality
Prepare comprehensive requirement artefacts (e.g. PPTs, Excel sheets, Word documents) for Product Owners, Technical Teams, and QA Teams
Communicate functional understanding through detailed documentation, aiding the design and testing phases
Draft functional and testing documents such as Functional Specification Documents, User Stories, Test Plans, and Test Cases
Design and execute detailed manual test cases and prepare test data for validation at the Oracle SQL database level
Work closely with developers and testers to ensure alignment between business functionality and technical implementation

Required Skills and Experience:

Prior experience as a Business Analyst in the SCM domain, with a focus on manual functional testing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience in SQL queries for data validation and testing
Experience in large-scale enterprise-level projects
Proficiency in using JIRA, ALM, and Remedy tools for test documentation and tracking
