ServiceNow Technical Specialist @ Web Synergies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools like SCCM, CrowdStrike, and Qualys
• Support CMDB data integrity, asset discovery, and reconciliation
• Prepare and present weekly status reports (PPT) for Service Owners and monthly reports for Product Owners
• Plan and coordinate server refresh activities across regions, ensuring minimal downtime
• Review, analyse, and implement ServiceNow change requests
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve ServiceNow-related issues and provide technical guidance to end-users

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and integrations
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM modules, and API integrations
• Experience with REST API, SOAP integrations, MID Servers, and data transformations
• Proficiency in preparing PowerPoint reports for stakeholders
• Familiarity with SCCM, CrowdStrike, Qualys, and IT asset management processes
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management best practices

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or CMDB
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
