Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve security incidents in the IAM environment.
- Utilise vulnerability management data to perform necessary patches and updates.
- Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts.
- Grant and revoke system access based on approved policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Assist with compliance efforts, including documentation and audit support.
- Provide support and training to users on IAM policies and security awareness.
- Monitor access logs and identify potential security risks or violations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM technologies and security trends.
- 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Tenable VMS, Sentinel One EDR, and Forcepoint DLP.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Awareness of cultural habits and working in a diverse environment
