Job Description
Looking for candidates as Scrum Master who are managing IT projects, who have Experience in managing IT Projects, initiatives and deliverables. Experience with Integration processes & practices, methodologies and terminology Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills. Analysis of requirements and documentation. Project Issue and Risk mitigation/resolution. Implementation/Deployment plan creation and management. Project Communication and follow-up. Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical project deployments of varying complexity across global team. Strong experience utilizing SDLC and Integration methodologies to complete project implementation/deployments.
. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Facilitate the seamless collaboration among team members.
Track project metrics to identify areas for improvement and monitor progress.
Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement.
Help the Product Owner to effectively manage the product backlog.
Work with stakeholders across the organization to align projects and remove impediments faced by the team.
Encourage transparency through open communication and increasing visibility of work progress.
Lead efforts to resolve project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths.
Assist in building an Agile culture within the organization by nurturing self-organized teams.
10. Coach the team members in Agile frameworks.
Must have
Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
