Job Description
Must haves:- Hire new franchise owner for vivo retailer store
- Having experience in building and developing franchise stores in Telecom, clothes, electronic etc.
- Capable to having experience to make franchise owner understand business models, store ROI.
- Current experience in handling store shall be more than 2
- Should be good with Stake holder management.
- Should have Store Management and handling experience
- Should be able to think strategically for opening new stores and finding the appropriate place for the same
- Have a sound experience in approaching to malls, Franchise owners, existing shop owners & mass handling to make them understand ROI and investments.
- Establish new distributor network for high service ability of modern trade
- Ensure modern trade sales & have good team handling experience
- Ensure zero stock outs
- Market development & execution for modern trade channel
- Develop marketing literature, marketing, promotion, display initiatives
- Dynamic sales forecasting for stock requirement
- Well connected with Modern Trade category
- Taking care of the overall execution of Modern Trade Sales Target & payment collections follow up for Stores.
- Meeting the buyers and category managers for their respective accounts on a weekly basis
- Checking of Health & Hygiene of the company's Brands.
- Monitoring the merchandisers and promoters daily work on a coordinated manner and maintain a performance tracker.
- Building a good rapport with Floor Manager and Category Buyers.
Age Limit : not be more than 35.
Must Haves:
- English Communication is must. (Very Fluent for Pune. Good communication for other locations can be considered)
- Age should not be more than 35 (AM & Manager)
- At least Bachelors Degree from any stream.
- For AM, MBA is preferred. Can consider Bachelors if candidate is good.
- Experience in Mobile/ Telecom (Not mandatory but preferred).
- Only looking for Male candidates for all requirements.
- Hands on with Microsoft Power Point Presentations (PPTs)
- Hands on with MS Excel (Pivot Table, V lookup, H lookup).
Note:
- We dont hire Ex-VIVO Employees.
- We dont hire current OPPO Employees. There should a gap of at least 6 months from the last date of working with OPPO. For Trainer, OPPO candidates will not be considered.
- We dont hire candidates who have interviewed with us in the past recent 6 months.
