About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive our cybersecurity sales growth in the South region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams, developing strong pipelines, and closing large, complex cybersecurity deals. A proven track record in the GCC market is essential.

Key Responsibilities


Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close large-scale enterprise cybersecurity opportunities.
  • Drive proactive hunting for new clients, partnerships, and market segments.

Pipeline & Deal Management

  • Build, maintain, and expand a strong sales pipeline for enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Lead end-to-end deal pursuit, including solution positioning, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to craft winning proposals.

Team Management & Mentoring

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales executives and account managers.
  • Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture.
  • Provide guidance on complex deal structuring and client engagement strategies.

Client & Market Engagement

  • Build trusted C-level relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Expand presence in the GCC market and leverage existing networks for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1525 years of proven sales experience in cybersecurity or information security services/products.
  • Strong track record in building and converting high-value pipelines.
  • Demonstrated success in closing multi-million USD cybersecurity deals.
  • Experience in GCC markets with strong regional client and partner networks.
  • Ability to lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
