PHP Developer Job Description:Requirements:
- Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
- Core PHP: Strong proficiency in core PHP.
- Database: Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- CMS: Must have experience in Joomla and WordPress (plugin, theme/template, and module creation).
- Frameworks: Experience in frameworks like Laravel, CakePHP, and CodeIgniter.
- Web Services: Strong experience in RESTful web services.
- JavaScript Frameworks: Expertise in Node.js, Angular 11+ (with project examples).
- AWS: Experience with AWS services (SNS, S3, Lambda).
- API Integrations: Familiarity with third-party APIs (e.g., OKTA, SendGrid, Mailjet, payment gateways).
- Frontend Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery, and Ajax.
- Version Control: Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket and deployment tools like Jenkins.
- Development Skills: Full-stack development (both frontend and backend).
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Communication: Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Development: 90% of time dedicated to hands-on coding and development.
- Ownership: Take technical ownership of features and advance product/application functionality.
- Web Application Development: Design and implement both front-end and back-end services.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance code quality via continuous integration and development practices.
- Project Estimation: Define scope, features, and estimates for new development work.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and manage existing applications.
