Location: Kochi, Chennai, Pune, Trivandrum (3 days WFO & 2 Days WFH)

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Java Lead Developer to join a high-performing team in delivering enterprise-grade solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with microservices development using Spring Boot, and a strong understanding of modern cloud-based architectures, particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to gather and clarify requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with QA to support testing, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
• Drive agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Mentor junior developers and manage backlog items effectively.
• Interact with customers during technical discussions and product demos.

Required Skills:

• Strong Java development background with hands-on Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, Hibernate, SQL, and web technologies.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalable architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of design patterns, UML, and architectural best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools like JUnit.
