Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: MBP, Mahape, Navi Mumbai (Auram Building, 6th Floor)
Experience: 1-3 years
Qualification: Graduation
Salary: Dependent on Interview

Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage candidates through online platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic or face-to-face interviews, and evaluate candidates through tests
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs
Create and update job descriptions for various roles across departments
Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics

Required Skills:

Talent Acquisition/Sourcing
Cold Calling and Candidate Outreach
Proficiency in HRMS and other recruitment software
Strong computer and MS Office skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
