Job Description

Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous
manner.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, striving to provide accurate and
compliant solutions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Sales:
Engage with customers to promote and sell products/services.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions, effectively
communicating product features and benefits.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
