Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Automate recurring MIS reports using Excel (advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate, actionable insights.
• Build and optimize data models for efficient report performance.
• Write and optimize DAX queries and measures within Power BI.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support to business teams.
• Work with data from multiple sources, with SQL knowledge considered a strong plus.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an MIS Developer or similar role.
• Expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Strong data analysis, visualization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
