Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM processes and hands-on experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules
- Develop and enhance Service Portal, Workflows, and Flow Designer components
- Work on REST/SOAP-based integrations with external systems using Integration Hub
- Utilize tools like Automated Test Framework, Virtual Agent, and Agent Workspace
- Manage and optimize Request Catalogs, performance dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Maintain and troubleshoot both Client-Side and Server-Side scripts
- Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow administration and customization
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration
- Deep understanding of Workflows, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- Proficient in Service Portal design, including widgets and themes
- Experience with UI Builder, Performance Management, and Request Catalogs
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes, especially in Asset, Configuration, Incident, Problem, and Product Catalog Management
- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, AJAX
- Exposure to API integrations (REST/SOAP) and service orchestration
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certification (CSA/CIS) is a plus
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
