Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and experienced cybersecurity professional to lead end-to-end security operations, infrastructure governance, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise across cloud and network security, SOC/SIEM operations, endpoint protection, IAM, application security, and vendor risk management. Proficiency in regulatory frameworks like SEBI CSCRF and ISO/IEC 27001, combined with strategic leadership and process optimization, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Operations & Infrastructure
- Lead security operations across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Manage and optimize SOC (Security Operations Centre) performance, incident response, and forensics.
- Govern SIEM platforms (Sentinel) for proactive threat detection and compliance monitoring.
- Strengthen endpoint security through EDR/XDR solutions.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Administer and govern PIM/PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk).
- Enforce RBAC, least privilege principles, segregation of duties, and password rotation policies.
- Manage Break Glass Accounts and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
- Cloud, Network & Application Security
- Ensure robust security of cloud environments (Azure) using native and third-party tools.
- Implement network segmentation, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust models.
- Oversee SSDLC practices, SAST/DAST, API security, and periodic security assessments.
- Establish Secure Coding Guidelines and perform IaC & Kubernetes security reviews.
- Implement CIS benchmarks and leverage CSPM/CNAP tools for infrastructure hardening.
- Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance
- Drive ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with SEBI CSCRF and other regulatory frameworks.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity policies and processes.
- Vendor & Third-Party Risk Management
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for third-party vendors and partners.
- Embed security requirements into contracts, SLAs, and onboarding workflows.
- Vulnerability Management
- Lead organization-wide vulnerability scanning and remediation efforts.
- Utilize tools like Tenable VM for comprehensive vulnerability management.
- Develop security dashboards and track closure of identified risks across IT assets.
