Job Description:

We are hiring passionate IT Recruiters with 6 months to 3 years of experience for our Hyderabad location. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity and requires working onsite. Only candidates willing to attend face-to-face interviews will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Contract & Permanent).
Strong hands-on experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media, and referrals.
Resume screening, initial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile:

6 months to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong exposure to Contract to Hire (C2H) hiring is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with face-to-face interview processes.
Must be available to work onsite in Hyderabad.

Note:

No US IT/Bench Sales recruiter profiles will be considered.
Only Domestic IT Recruitment experience is valid.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
