Job Description

Key Responsibilities


IT Support & Infrastructure Management Responsibilities:


  • Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation (email, VPN, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace), device provisioning, and access rights management.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, audio/video systems, and other IT peripherals across Windows and Mac environments.
  • Maintain and regularly update asset inventory, software licenses, warranty/AMC records, and hardware lifecycle details in platforms such as Keka.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of network security, including firewall rules, VPNs, endpoint protection, and system backups.
  • Monitor the performance of IT infrastructure and take preventive and corrective measures to minimize downtime.
  • Manage and support LAN/WAN, basic routing/switching, and Wi-Fi infrastructure for optimal connectivity.
  • Administer and maintain AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC) and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for procurement, repairs, AMC, and project rollouts.
  • Ensure documentation and adherence to IT policies, SOPs, and compliance checklists.
  • Support hardware/software setup for meetings, presentations, and hybrid work requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting and endpoint security knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Comfortable working with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors
