Job Description

Prepare monthly financial reports & various related statements.
Assist in the formulation of the department s budget in compliance with applicable budget policy & guidelines.
Supervise the departmental accounting function & coordinate the completion of periodic financial statements & record keeping.
Advice department heads & managers on the use of & source of funds & Highlight the lost profit limit.
Purchases commodities, services & capital items, spot checks shipments for quality & quantity.
Maintain records of contracts, makes estimates of work & material costs.
Assist in formulation of work measures to maximize efficiency & cost savings.
Ensures that records for internal & external audits are prepared.
Manage & control stock for all assets.
Control the liabilities in company.
Educate the Top and the Middle management in financially.
Precede the company accounts without any confusion.
Maintain the salary procedure.
Maintain all the Book Keeping Procedures Preparation of monthly Budget & the Annual Budget.
Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
Fund flow analysis.
