Job Description
Job ResponsibilityResponsible for assisting region leaders to form teams in target countries, integrating local real estate agents, brokers and other appropriate channels to complete the client's convening goals;
Responsible for cooperation with distribution and agency, do a good job in customer resource management;
Responsible for serving customers to facilitate the transaction, and later urged the customer to do payment and sign the contract according to the time agreed in the contract;
Responsible for maintaining good communication with the horizontal department, doing a good job in pre-sales and after-sales service for customers, and opening the sales account of the distribution agent in time to ensure the timely issuance of commissions.
Job Requirement
More than 2 years of local sales experience in real estate/finance/private clubs/large consumer goods (such as foreign cars, yachts, luxury goods, etc.)
Has more customer/distribution agency resources and has customer/distribution agency management capabilities
Have the affinity, temperament and excellent communication skills of excellent sales staff
Ability to communicate fluently in English, with Chinese proficiency is preferred.
