Senior Business Analyst @ OrangeMantra

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in IT services, who has exposure to AI tools and technologies. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and working with AI-enabled solutions to improve client business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for IT service projects, including AI-enhanced solutions.
• Identify and assess opportunities for leveraging AI tools (such as RPA, NLP, chatbots) to optimize processes.
• Prepare clear business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams and AI specialists to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Assist in impact analysis and feasibility assessments for AI-related initiatives.
• Support Agile teams by managing product backlogs and facilitating requirement clarifications.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help provide training/support for AI tool adoption.
• Keep up to date with AI industry trends and emerging tools to support business innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services environment.
• Some hands-on experience or working knowledge of AI tools and technologies.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping (BPMN/UML), and documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
