Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure across international markets (US / Europe).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across target verticals such as unified communication & collaboration, IoT, healthcare, and fintech.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SpringCT s technology services, capabilities, and value proposition to position tailored solutions.
  • Lead client discovery, pitch presentations, proposal creation, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to develop go-to-market strategies and value-driven messaging.
  • Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine the sales strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and account penetration metrics.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Represent SpringCT at conferences, virtual events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and build trust.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, create forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Grow and lead the sales team and support the overall growth of the sales function.
Requirements
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing (or equivalent) is required; a technical graduate degree is preferred.
  • 10 15 years of experience in IT services or technology sales, preferably in niche technology consulting or product engineering.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing multi-million dollar deals.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, consultative sales approaches, and global client engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and drive internal alignment on complex technology.
  • Prior experience working with global clients, especially in North America and Europe.
