Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure across international markets (US / Europe).
Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across target verticals such as unified communication & collaboration, IoT, healthcare, and fintech.
Develop a deep understanding of SpringCT s technology services, capabilities, and value proposition to position tailored solutions.
Lead client discovery, pitch presentations, proposal creation, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.
Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to develop go-to-market strategies and value-driven messaging.
Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine the sales strategy.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and account penetration metrics.
Identify strategic partnership opportunities to expand market presence.
Represent SpringCT at conferences, virtual events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and build trust.
Develop and execute sales plans, create forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
Grow and lead the sales team and support the overall growth of the sales function.
Requirements
MBA in Sales & Marketing (or equivalent) is required; a technical graduate degree is preferred.
10 15 years of experience in IT services or technology sales, preferably in niche technology consulting or product engineering.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing multi-million dollar deals.
Strong understanding of solution selling, consultative sales approaches, and global client engagement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and drive internal alignment on complex technology.
Prior experience working with global clients, especially in North America and Europe.
