Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead MERN Developer to manage and deliver scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack. The role involves team leadership, client interaction, project estimation, AWS cloud integration, and DevOps implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, Next.js, AWS, and CI/CD tools, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, secure, and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of MERN-based applications.
  
• Mentor and guide the development team; conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
  
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and handle escalations.
  
• Manage Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, and timely project delivery.
  
• Architect and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront).
  
• Implement DevOps practices to streamline CI/CD and automate deployments.
  
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and maintainability in delivered products.
  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Next.js.
  
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront).
  
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab or similar CI/CD tools.
  
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies, sprint leadership, and client communication.
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field.
