Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency, and highly available web applications using Python and Django.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, architecture, and deployment.
- Integrate and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
- Ensure application security, performance tuning, and scalability.
- Lead by example with hands-on coding and technical guidance to the team.
- Familiarity with django-tenants is a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 810 years of professional experience in Python Development.
- Strong expertise in Django framework and REST API development.
- Proven experience in Software Product Development / Engineering.
- Strong database knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Experience with Celery, Redis, and cloud storage (AWS/Azure).
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
