Manage multiple global customer throughout customer lifecycle adhering to contract and SLA requirement while maintaining high quality of services
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including infrastructure teams, and global customer teams.
5+ years of hands-on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g - S/4 Hana FI, MM, SuccessFactors, SAP Basis, BTP)
Experience in leading (global) teams as Project Manager and proactively identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure seamless customer onboarding and operational readiness.
Handle management reporting and contribute to strategic initiatives for leadership and supplier engagement.
Act as a single point of contact for customers, driving communication, escalation management, and customer satisfaction.
Lead workshops and presentations for customers and suppliers to position SAP Service Packages and deliver value.
Be flexible to work across different time zones and occasionally during weekends or off-business hours.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
57 years of total experience in SAP Service Management or Project Management.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading teams in a global setup or project environment.
Knowledge of at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g., S/4 HANA FI, MM, SuccessFactors, BTP).
Proven track record in end-to-end IT Project Management for global customers.
Deep understanding of SAP technologies, service delivery, and managed services.
Strong command over management reporting, risk mitigation, and escalation handling.
Experience working with global stakeholders across industries.
