Job Description
- You are being offered an excellent career opportunity by IDFC FIRST Bank, in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI, to join as a Deputy Manager (Acquisition Relationship Manager). This structured program includes training, internship, and on-the-job experience over 12 months to pave the way for a successful career in banking. The program begins with 4 months of classroom training at Manipal Academy of BFSI, followed by a 2-month internship at IDFC FIRST Bank branches, and concludes with 6 months of on-the-job training. Throughout this period, you will acquire new customers, maintain strong relationships, promote various banking products and services, ensure excellent customer service, meet business acquisition targets, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. To be eligible for this role, you need to be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks and aged between 21 to 26 years. The selection process includes an online assessment, an HR interview, document verification, and issuance of an offer letter.
