Job Description
- Provide technical and functional support, managing incidents within scope and ensuring the eradication of recurring issues.
- Implement and oversee application technical and functional components, ensuring systems meet all requirements and are effectively monitored.
- Orchestrate and manage application releases while maintaining documentation and operating procedures.
- Develop automation solutions using GitLab, Ansible, and DAIR to streamline deployments and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain production dashboards; execute initiatives to improve service quality.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes and adopt best practices for DevOps operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Have 69 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with expertise in cloud operations and software development.
- Are proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, and GitLab for container orchestration and CI/CD.
- Have operational excellence skills in PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud environments.
- Possess strong scripting skills in Shell and experience with automation of deployment and monitoring.
- Have experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and vulnerability remediation for Linux and Windows servers.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role
