Job Description
- Your role as an Executive Workforce Management will involve various responsibilities such as staffing, scheduling, reporting, forecasting, process improvement, communication, risk management, and performance enhancement. You will be responsible for developing a staffing plan that considers skill sets, replacement and recruiting timing, training, and cross-training of resources. Managing rosters and data in real time, scheduling non-contact activities like training, meetings, and time off. Producing high-quality workforce data, generating internal reports, and developing strategic and tactical forecasts to ensure accurate resource scheduling are also key aspects of your role. It will be crucial for you to identify opportunities for process improvement, work with the WFM product team to implement solutions, establish clear lines of communication with operations and product teams, provide reviews and feedback on potential risks and threats, and ensure efficiency and currency of established procedures to achieve optimum performance levels. Mandatory skills for this role include WHRS - Resource Management with an experience requirement of 1-3 years.
