Job Description
- As a Senior Pega Consultant at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in the consulting team by assisting in identifying and defining problem statements, evaluating solution options, and providing recommendations. Your responsibilities will involve creating detailed designs, architectures, and process artifacts, as well as implementing deployment plans. Additionally, you will be involved in facilitating knowledge transfer to deliver consulting solutions that add value and help clients adapt to the evolving global landscape. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology - The position is based in Plano, TX, and may require relocation and travel Preferred Qualifications: - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in application development using Pega PRPC v7.x/V8.x and Pega frameworks - 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes - Proficiency in participating in requirement gathering/elicitation phase, defining requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces - Ability to act as a technical business analyst by understanding and transforming business requirements into data mapping specs - Experience in conducting walkthrough sessions for product requirements and collaborating with various stakeholders - Proficiency in managing the scope of requirements for Pega applications/platforms and translating customer requirements into specifications and Use Cases - Knowledge of Pega Case Management and understanding of Pega/Appian BPM process - Ideal candidate will have a holistic view of application functional knowledge to manage IT and Business effectively - BPM Certification is preferred This role may involve significant travel and requires candidates to effectively communicate via telephone, email, or in-person meetings. The job may also involve long periods of sitting and working with a computer.
