Job Description
- Configure and implement ServiceNow Risk IT Cyber solutions, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Operations (SecOps), and Audit Management modules.
- Participate in feasibility and design phases, offering expert insights into ServiceNow implementation strategies.
- Prepare technical documentation, including feasibility analyses, gap analyses, architecture diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Analyze requirements from Product Owners, challenge assumptions, and recommend best-practice solutions within the platform.
- Translate functional requirements into tested and verified technical solutions in IRM and SecOps.
- Provide production maintenance and support while identifying opportunities for optimization and simplification.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 69 years in IT Risk Management, with strong ServiceNow or equivalent GRC platform experience (e.g., Enablon, Archer).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, Workflows, Access Control, Reporting, Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of information security, database/application security, and network architecture.
- Familiarity with XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
