Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable backend and frontend services for retail solutions
Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact features for retail customers worldwide
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in a cloud-native environment

Key Skills (Must-Have):

4+ years of Development experience with TypeScript, ReactJS and NodeJS (NestJS & RxJS)
2+ years with Go (Golang), including Goroutines, Channels, and idiomatic Go practices
Working experience in Databases like Redis, SQLite, MongoDB
Solid understanding of Microservices
Awareness of Cloud concepts Containers, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm Charts
Strong focus on unit testing and code quality
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have skills:

Experience in JavaScript based test frameworks Cypress, Playwright etc.
Development experience in building Cloud Native applications
Familiarity with Distributed Messaging mechanism including but not limited to MQTT PUB/SUB mechanisms
Experience optimizing internet-scale applications
Understanding of Observability Pillars: Logging, Tracing, Metrics
