Job Description
- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of Coupa applications, particularly across ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), suppliers, invoicing, and account coding systems.
- Architect, design, and implement robust data models and integration frameworks between Coupa and enterprise systems.
- Serve as the primary SME for Coupa functionality and integration strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver scalable Coupa solutions.
- Coordinate with ERP, middleware (MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion, Boomi), and other procurement tool teams (Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus).
- Provide functional guidance on P2P and Accounts Payable processes.
- Manage teams and guide junior consultants on best practices.
- Maintain documentation for designs, testing, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with new Coupa releases and industry standards.
- Coupa functional and technical expertise with hands-on experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations.
- Coupa Certification is essential.
- Knowledge of procurement chain systems and related ERP domains.
- Exposure to integration tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Oracle Fusion.
- Understanding of P2P, supplier integration, and invoicing processes.
- Familiarity with other procurement suites such as Ivalua, Jaggaer, and Zycus.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP systems.
- Experience in working with global and multicultural teams.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multinational project exposure preferred.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms.
