About the Role
Join our Medical Kare Division for a dynamic internship experience focused on real-world exposure to prescription product marketing, doctor engagement, and strategic brand execution. This role offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to campaigns that impact the reproductive health landscape.
As a Kare marketing intern, youll be assisting with various marketing tasks, including content creation, social media management, market research, and various administrative duties. Youll contribute to campaign development, analyze marketing & sales performance data and marketing intelligence, and learn about marketing strategies and trends. Youll also be involved in graphic design, website content development, cycle plans, consumer focus groups, and collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of promotional content and scientific literature for doctors and field teams.
- Conduct research on therapeutic areas, brand landscapes, and competitor activities.
- Support planning and logistics for CMEs, MTP trainings, and medical campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and field force inputs to support data-backed decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and design partners for the timely execution of brand activities.
Who We're Looking For
- MBA or PG student (or recent graduate) in Pharmaceutical Management, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
- Passionate about healthcare, public health, and prescription marketing.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with strong coordination and communication skills.
Must-Haves
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Good to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design platforms.
- Interest in using AI tools for marketing, research, or productivity enhancement.
