Job Description
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and highlight key variances
- Generate accurate monthly/quarterly financial reports and commentary for leadership
- Support MA due diligence and post-acquisition financial integration if needed
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and controls
- Drive process improvements and automation in FPA activities
- Support global finance initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in different time zones
- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
- Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Planning Analysis
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Excellent communication, business partnering, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Prior experience working with international teams/clients preferred
- Willingness to work in US shift timings (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST)
